LoRa gateway, also known as LoRa base station, is a gateway device that uses LoRa wireless modulation technology to realize remote data transmission. The product adopts industrial 32-bit private network processor and high-speed 4G wireless communication module design, supports APN / VPDN wireless private network, LoRaWAN communication specification, GPS high-precision clock synchronization, multi-frequency and multi-channel concurrent processing capability. It can meet the complex and large capacity networking needs of the industrial site, mainly used in smart street lamp, smart building, smart community, smart fire protection and other fields.
LoRa gateway is located at the core of LoRa star network. It is the information bridge between terminal and server (Server), and it is a multi-channel transceiver. The LoRa gateway is sometimes called LoRa base stations or LoRa concentrators. Despite the different definitions, they actually mean the same thing.
The LoRa gateway uses different spread factors and the two different sets are orthogonal, so it can theoretically modulate and demodulate the data signal of several different spread factors in the same wireless channel. The gateway is connected to the cloud server according to the standard IP, and the terminal communicates with one or more gateways by single hop. All the terminal communication is dual communication. In addition, the system has also upgraded the remote control and upgrade software.
